DENIS ZHOU

Denis is an Accredited Property Law Specialist and the principal of the firm.
Denis has been practicing extensively in the area of property law since his admission in 2006. He has represented clients in all types of property projects including mixed use, commercial, industrial and residential.
Prior to establishing the firm in 2010, Denis worked as a litigation lawyer in a specialised construction law firm where he gained considerable experience in resolving building disputes under the Security of Payment adjudication as well as court proceedings.
Denis holds an Honours degree in Law from Bond University and was the recipient of Law Dean’s Scholarship during his studies.

Dorothy is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law.
Dorothy has been an invaluable asset since joining Aushine Lawyers in 2016, where she was admitted as a lawyer in NSW the same year. Dorothy’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, coupled with a Masters of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
